Important Dates
April 24
- - Meeting Selections Process Begin: You will receive an email directly from Becca with the delegate list and will select your preferences for your one-on-one business meetings
April 28 | Deadline for:
- - Meeting Selections: Your selections for your Business Meetings must be submitted to Becca by 5 pm ET
May 12 | Deadline for:
- -Registering team passes
- - Edits to Itinerary Due/Final Meeting Itinerary Available: If you have any changes you'd like to make to your preliminary itinerary, please send them to Becca no later than 5 pm ET.
- -Purchasing a lead scanning license through EventPass
- -30 Second Advert (only applicable if contracted, if you are not sure, please email Becca)
- -Seat Drop Confirmation (only applicable if contracted, if you are not sure, please email Becca)
- -AV orders

If you wish to order any AV for your stand such a monitor, please review the order form on the right hand side and submit

Stand Packages
The standard One-to-One meeting space includes the following:
- Size: 8’x10’ surrounded by pipe and drape on 3 sides to provide privacy for your conversations
- Set-up: You will have (2) small cocktail rounds – with standard hotel linens - and (2) chairs at each table. Why am I set up for 2 meetings? This is so we can schedule concurrent meetings and your onsite team will have a separate space for each conversation.
- Power: Your team will have (1) power-strip available to use for plugging in laptop/cell phone chargers
- Branding: A nameboard with your company’s logo will be located at the top of the pipe and drape to make identifying your meeting space easy for all attendees.

Exhibitors can access their booth to set-up on the Monday from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm ET
All stands must be ready for main conference delegates arrival at 2:00PM.
Breakdown
Tuesday, May 23
Exhibitors need to vacate their stand by 3 pm on the Tuesday. Please note, you are responsible for setting up and breaking down of your own booth.
